My story
From a passion for my language to a mission to teach it
I am Abdulrahman Reda, an Arabic teacher for non-native speakers based in Egypt. Over more than five years I have taught learners across Europe, Asia and beyond — through my videos on YouTube and Facebook, and one to one as a professional tutor on Preply.
Along the way I have helped thousands of students take their first real steps in Arabic. I hold professional teaching certifications, but the lesson that shaped how I teach came from my students themselves: people do not want more grammar tables, they want to open their mouths and be understood.
So I rebuilt the way I teach. Every course I create now is designed around conversation, culture and real situations — whether you are reading the Qur an, closing a deal in the Gulf, chatting in a Cairo cafe, or reading bedtime stories to your kids.
