Digital products

All courses, e-books and memberships on Arabic with Abdulrahman are delivered digitally. Once course videos or e-books have been accessed, they cannot be “returned” the way a physical item can, so the terms below explain when a refund is available.

7-day satisfaction window

If you are a first-time subscriber on the Monthly or Yearly plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment, as long as you have not substantially accessed the paid course library or downloaded a significant number of e-books. After this window, subscription payments are non-refundable, though you can cancel to stop future renewals.

Lifetime plan

Lifetime purchases may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided the account has not been used to complete a course or download a large number of e-books.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your Monthly or Yearly subscription at any time from your Account page. Your access will continue until the end of the period you already paid for, and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.

Faulty access or technical issues

If a video fails to play or an e-book file is broken or missing, please contact us right away. We will fix the issue as quickly as possible, and if we cannot, we will offer a suitable refund or credit.

How to request a refund

Email arabicwithabdulrahman@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to your original PayPal payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on PayPal’s processing times.
